PerfectSupport™

Since 2000 Central Command has offered PerfectSupport™, a premium service that provides mission critical antivirus support and services. This subscription service provides maximum virus protection to all organizations where virus prevention, and malicious application recovery is critical to their operation.

This premium service includes unlimited toll-free phone support at any time and priority access to Central Command's Emergency Virus Response Team™ EVRT™ during virus outbreaks. Each subscriber is assigned a customer support engineer and receives unlimited live chat via the Internet, email, fax or WAP enabled notifications of virus outbreaks, with up to five designated customer contacts per account. With a guaranteed response time, an online knowledge database, and a dedicated support center and staff, this specialized group leads the industry in mission critical antivirus support and services.

All PerfectSupport engineers are trained professionals who can support a variety of support requests from deployment, configuration, and maintenance to recovery. PerfectSupport has an average response time of less than 3 minutes and a dedicated staff guaranteed to respond within 60 minutes if paged, within 2 hours if left voice mail, and within 4 hours if the request is submitted via email or the Web site. The division is staffed 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Comprehensive Software Support

PerfectSupport offers a comprehensive solution, covering every aspect of antivirus software support.

During a virus outbreak, PerfectSupport subscribers have priority access to Central Command's Emergency Virus Response Team, giving subscribers the highest level of protection available. In addition, subscribers receive urgent virus news via email, fax or a WAP enabled device as soon as it is available to help prevent virus outbreaks and to control virus exposure. The premium attention that PerfectSupport subscribers receive is particularly valuable in that it potentially prevents the loss of significant amounts of time, data and business productivity.

PerfectSupport is not limited to one-person support at an organization, which is common with some other antivirus vendor support programs. Up to five designated contacts within an organization can obtain antivirus support from the PerfectSupport division, with one user being the primary contact.

For circumstances when phone, email, or Internet support is not enough, PerfectSupport also provides optional on-site support, software training, and live virus training.
