All PerfectSupport engineers are trained professionals who can support a variety of support requests from deployment, configuration, and maintenance to recovery. PerfectSupport has an average response time of less than 3 minutes and a dedicated staff guaranteed to respond within 60 minutes if paged, within 2 hours if left voice mail, and within 4 hours if the request is submitted via email or the Web site.
